For some reason it’s lost the Q moniker, but the Motorola A4500 appears to be rebranded Moto Q9N or Napolean that was rumored for release late last year. Many speculated it was the end for the Moto Q line of phones and the company had apparently moved on to Android. Not so fast. The Motorola A4500 passed through the FCC approval process and should find it’s way into Verizon Wireless stores in the coming months. No firm release date yet, but reported specs say:
Members of our forum who worked for Motorola are reporting the phone will not be released. We are working on getting some sort of official confirmation.
- CDMA, EV-DO
- quad-band GSM
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Fingerprint scanner
- 2-megapixel camera
- Memory card slot
- QWERTY keyboard
A number of our forum members managed to get their hands on the Moto Q9N, so those interested in the Motorola A4500 should find no shortage of feedback on Motorola’s latest effort before it even hits shelves.
