Telus To Carry Moto Q

Wireless carrier Telus has announced they will be offering the Moto Q.

Telus supports EVDO, so Q users will be able to take advantage of broadbandlike speeds in Canada. The Q features:

  • MSN Messenger and 2-Way Text Messaging
  • Advanced speech recognition

  • Frontal QWERTY key board and one hand access using the thumbwheel and 5-way navigation.
  • The Motorola Q Windows Mobile 5.0 for smartphone includes Pocket Outlook Email and Internet Explorer.
  • MP3/video player with CD-quality stereo sound via Windows Media Player
  • Laptop internet access through your device – use the UTStarcom 6700 as a wireless modem for your laptop via USB modem
  • nfrared (IR) port to beam applications and data to other PDAs
  • Voice/text memo attachment
  • Wireless e-mail, calendar, tasks and address book synchronization for Microsoft Outlook (with Exchange 2003 server)
  • USB connection for PC or laptop
  • Built in Bluetooth 1.2 support for headset, car kit and data
