Windows Phone Down Under acquired some more exclusive information on the upcoming Telstra HTC Titan II release. Although this information is short and to the point, it does give a smaller window of when to expect the handset in April this year. Telstra will in fact begin promotion and marketing for the HTC Titan II on March 27, 2012 which in turn narrows the possibly release window to early April 2012.
No pricing information has been leaked or received yet, therefore, the expectations are still at the $79 Freedom Connect plan with the MRO bonus, coming to a total of $1896 for 24 months. To refresh, the HTC Titan II is the first HTC 4G LTE Windows Phone, has a 4.7″ LCD display, 16MP autofocus dual LED camera with additional photo features, and a front facing camera. Hopefully the pricing comes to an advantage for HTC to finally give Nokia some worthy competition.
