Good news across the board if you live in the UK. A leaked carrier document shows Windows Phone 7 is ready to hit on October 21st. The Wall Street Journal confirms that Microsoft will use Mobile World Congress in Barcelona as the stage to introduce their new operating system, Windows Mobile 7.
