Adobe yesterday announced they will release Flash Player 10.1 for "future versions of Windows Phone". We of course take that to mean Windows Phone 7. We've heard this from Adobe before with regards to other platforms including webOS, a platform that is still awaiting Flash. Microsoft has licensed Adobe Flash Lite and Reader software allowing future versions of Windows Mobile to offer support for Flash. With this license in place, it will allow Windows Mobile owners to see Flash animations using the mobile version of Internet Explorer.
