The launch of Windows Phone 7 isn’t going so well. Not from a popularity standpoint, but from a supply issues facing European carrier Orange. They are experiencing shortages of both the HTC Mozart and the Samsung Omnia 7. Business Insider speculates the shortages could be due to supply of AMOLED displays, something that plagued the Droid Incredible and others this year.
It’s not clear if this will affect the US launch of Windows Phone 7, but we suggest you get there early if you plan on picking up a WP7 phone.
