Nokia Lumia 900 Flagship Device Expected Early 2012

Even though Nokia has just released some Windows Phone devices, such as the Lumia 800 and Lumia 710, that doesn’t mean the party is over and everyone is relaxing. Nokia, as they’ve always stated alongside Microsoft, will push out plenty of devices with plenty of differences among each other.

The next flagship device coming from Nokia is the Lumia 900, which according to BGR is expected for an early 2012 release. The phone is expected to essentially be an upgrade to the Lumia 800. Now don’t go crazy yet because you just purchased a Lumia 800! As far as referring to it as an upgrade, it simply has a larger screen and “other enhancements.” Ok, now if you still have a reason to flip out over your newly purchased Lumia 800 go ahead and do that.

The Lumia 900 will also reportedly feature a 1.4GHz processor, a 4.3-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display and an 8-megapixel camera, and it will ship with Windows Phone “Tango.” The device is expected for release in 2012 as BGR claims from a reliable source that Nokia is planning a massive January-February campaign for Nokia Windows Phone devices, leading to speculation that the device should be available during or after CES in January.
