A Samsung firmware site has managed to grab the new firmware for the Samsung Omnia 7, and if you’re feeling extremely bold and willing to take your life into your own hands, you can grab it and install it — and it’s said to bring better stability, speed boosts, faster Marketplace loading, and an overhauled diagnostic tool. The new version is 2424.10.11.1
The same website is also saying that a new Samsung Omnia device is bound for Windows Phone 7, the Samsung Omnia 8, aka the Samsung I7850, with the current theory being that it will have a hardware keyboard.
