Is this a new Nokia Windows Phone handset

It’s not clear if this is either a really good fake or perhaps a conceptual design. Then again, it might be an upcoming Nokia Windows Phone handset. It’s different then the Sea Ray we’ve seen so much of in recent weeks. All we can do know is hope Nokia’s efforts look this good.
