sometimes the .exe needs to be copied to the Q and run directly from the File Manager (or create a shortcut to it)
some .exe files have to be run from the pc and it installs to the Q.. pretty easy to determine, open it on the pc and see what happens.

i will have to find the files that i used to do this. it had something to do with using my sync. and it was a little behind but worked perfectly

that's odd.. I use Ilium and well, you've seen my screenshots.

Probably been discussed before but the best program I've used so far is MyMobiler.

You can find it on my apps page, it allows for screen capture, video recording, even controlling your Q via your PC desktop.

Do a google search for "My Mobiler"

I use My Mobiler too. It does a great video capture of the phone from pc.
