I thought so and I figured give their product a shot in advance before the sale. installed the battery pack and it sounded good but didn't install right and then corrupted my homescreen and then kept giving errors about the plugin information and so on. I was sorely disappointed. I uninstalled it and will not be making that mistake again but good luck to everyone else.

Battery pack is not from them. Its from another company they deal with.
I also use there free image capture program.
They are reliable.
