    New Phone Advice

I very foolishly sold my Omnia back in May. Now I'm rockin' a Q9c but I find it to be immensely slow. I'm torn between WiMo and Android.

I'm really tempted to add a line to my account and get a better phone, but I'm left wanting the Omnia or the Droid Eris. I don't want to re-add the Omnia to my line for $119 @ 1-year pricing, or the Eris for that matter. I would prefer to get one or the other this month or next so the original line and new line both end contracts in 2011, rather than continue with either device into 2012.

    Advice?

Rumor has it that Omnia 2 will be here shortly (weeks?). HTC Touch Pro 2 looks good.

Droid seems to be wonderful (or so people say).

Good luck! There's a lot to choose from.

Omnia 2 comes out Dec 2. The Droid seemed very heavy to me after carrying my O1.

How about the HTC Eris droid then?

It doesn't feel very robust..like the track ball will eventually wear out, but it is a nice phone and I like the feel myself.

What do you need the phone to do for you?
