    XML Calendar Code Question

    Is there any way to update the xml code to prevent the text from wraping from one line to the next?

    for example in the calendar, i have the subject on the 1st line and the date\time\location on the 2nd line.

    if someone types in a subject that is too long it will write over the 2nd line making it illegible and messy. i'd like to stop the text at the end of the 1st line.

    any help would be appreciated it. i'm using a slightly modified version of a kooldezine homescreen....see code below.
    thanks

    </background>
    <label x="35" y="4" w="275" halign="left" bgcolor="transparent" fgcolor="#000000" font-size="18">
    <format state="unselected" font-weight="normal" />
    <format state="selected" font-weight="bold"/>
    <text><subject/> </text>
    </label>
