WTF is wrong with my Q9c?

So the other day my boyfriend bought me a 4GB mini SD for my phone since I've been wanting one since I got new phone. We formatted the card and then moved my ringtones to the SD card, well instead of moving the ringtones that I made, I think he somehow moved the original ringtones aswell, so when I got a phone call or text, my phone didn't ring at all since they were ALL on my SD card. We thought oh that's stupid so lets move them back then, so we did... They worked fine, but it screwed up my memory somehow and filled it almost completely full? So I started deleting useless ringtones and pictures/videos thinking that would solve the problem. Nope, my phone froze, so I took the battery out and tried to turn it on but it would just freeze on the Windows Mobile 6.1 screen. This all happened at about midnight, so the next day I took it into US Cellular(my carrier) and they had to do a master reset. That seemed to work, but on the way back home after I changed my wallpaper and layout back to normal, I tried logging into facebook and IT FROZE! So I took the battery back out, thankfully it turned back on. Then today, while I was checking facebook (haha) it froze again! Took the battery out and tried to turn it back on and nothing, not even the US Cellular screen or anything. So I'm like WTF, and before doing a master reset myself (US Cellular guy showed me how) I tried plugging it into the charger, well it turned on but then immediately went to the battery charging screen, thought that was odd because the battery is completely charged, so I unplugged it and it shut back off. Plugged it back in, turned on again to the battery screen, so I unplugged it, to the battery out, plugged it back in and it worked normally for about 30 seconds, then just shut off. So at this point I gave up and just put the battery back in (still plugged in) and it turned on normally, unplugged it and now it's working. I haven't tried to use the internet though because I don't want it to screw up again. I've only had this phone for about 2 or 3 months, and never had problems really until now. But I don't want to be dealing with BS with this phone, I got enough of that with my last one (RAZR2) so I'm considering getting a new phone. But if there is any easy fix for this, please enlighten me!

Also, sorry for the huge post, just wanted to be thorough!!

I assume by MR you mean master reset? Well after the US Cellular guy did it, I haven't tried it. I just got 75% of my phone numbers back, and can't save them to my computer because I don't have Microsoft Outlook installed yet. But I don't want to have to reset my phone every other day ya know?

Only one I have is Google Maps. I have the GoogleMaps_compressed.CAB file on the SD card, does that have to be in for the app to work?

well that shouldn't be causing a problem. BTW once you get your contacts restored you can use dashwire to back them up.
    www.dashwire.com

so the only thing on your phone thata has changed recently is the card?

Yep. When my boyfriend moved the ringtone files, they somehow got corrupted when he moved them back and that's what caused the memory to lock up. The smartphone specialist I talked to at US Cellular said that the master reset would completely fix it though so I don't understand why I'm having these dumb problems ah it's frustrating. Thinking about just getting an HTC or something if I can't fix this.

that shouldn't matter. I had my sprint Q9c listed as a Q9m for a few months and it still worked
