WM 6.1 and Exchange Push problem

Our certificate for email has expired. every time my new q9c tries to connect to microsoft exchange, it throws up an error and won't connect. with my old moto q, i was able to hack the registry and add the secure key and it would work. any idea how to get this to work on the q9c? i have tried the same hack to no avail. Thanks.

you could just uncheck 'require SSL' from your profile. of course then you're not encrypted anymore. that's your IT guys' problem to fix.

there's no way to just turn off the certificate checking? I would rather keep the encrypted connection, but just not check the certificate

On a browser, yes. I don't think WM allows for that via Activesync. It has to check the certificate every time.

copy the certicate from your pc to your phone. after you cpy it over, use file manager to locate the file. open the certificate and hit install. hope this helps

Where do you get the cert from on the computer? I think the certificate changed so I don't want to grab the old one. Is there a way to look at what certs are installed on the mobile?
