Did you try re-booting phone (off/on)?

ok, holding down the home key did bring up the wireless manager! Good. and it is a good thing I don't use wifi, as the wifi manager section is no longer there!
Not a big deal, but I know I used to have wifi capabilities.
    Any clue about that??

    THANKS

I did. Again, I never used it mind you, but there was a setting to turn it on or off in the wireless manager. I see a setting of how to turn it off after X minutes of no activity under connections, but that is about it.

Just an oddity I guess. Not worried about it. Just needed to be able to turn the phone off while in flight but still use my phone to listen to music during a flight!!!

Thanks again to all for the QUICK responses!!!

    My kind of place!!! :laugh2:

Are you sure you're not confusing WiFi with Bluetooth? My wireless manager lets me turn on/off the phone and the Bluetooh. There's no WiFi there.
