Wired Hands Free kit Moto Q9c

Does anyone know of a wired hands free kit for the car for the Motorola Q? BlueTooth is ok but wired for me works 100% of the time with no static and the phone is being charged at the same time. I was spoiled with my V710 and the Motorola Plug in hands free kit, people did not know I was in the car.

Everything except a wired headset is blue tooth. It would be great if someone came up with a USB plug that charged the phone and hooked it into the hands free system like my old Moto kit did. Blue tooth is ok but a plug in system is 100% effective all of the time. I always have the phone in the dash holder so I can see who is calling and can use the maps on trips. No having to connect the blue tooth device or static noised connection.
