My Mozart phone's memory was full, but I was unable to account for abour 4GB or memory. I resorted to deleting all music, pictures and files except for my contacts, calender and emails. This took the phone from 6.6GB (full) to around 4.5GB. I then restored factory settings and uploaded what I had on previously, and now I have an extra 4GB. I do not want to have to do this again, as it is a real pain. Does anyone know what accounts for all of this memory? How can I avoid this occurring again?

    Cheers

Emails, SMS, MMS, and IE temp files (cookies, history, etc) all use up memory and can add up quick.
*Change email sync settings to 3 days
*Routinely clean up SMS, MMS, and IE temp files.

Zune also reserves memory space ( default: 5%) for emails, pictures, videos, etc.
*Change reserved settings in Zune software on PC: settings/phone/reserved space
