Win Mobile 6.1- can't add pause in #

How can I add my password automatically to my voicemail. I used to hold the 1 down to get my vm and I had a pause to dial automatically. With version 6.0 I could do this, now I can't edit that shortcut key of pressing "1"

That didn't change with the upgrade to 6.1. In my phone I go to Start, Setting, Phone, Call options, and then type in the number using a "p" for pause. Works great.

In all my years of owning cell phones, I've never figured this little tip out! I kinda feel like a dummy! :tounge:

A comma is also the equivalent of a "p" which is the equivalent of a pause

    many thanks to all

The only thing I found that needed tweaking, at least with my phone is I needed 6 (p) pauses between the number and the code, otherwise it dialed to fast.

I agree. I used to have a Nokia and the store set it up with my password and I thought it was just a feature on that phone. I'm excited!
