batter life for me is great. not having all that junk built in takes care of alot of battery drain. all the chefs are cooking off the same base now, the cf03 rom. all the builds are the same. most just look a bit different or have a few programs that others dont have.
4.0 is the newst set of builds out. its great for some and trouble for others. so far its hit or miss. it looks awsome and is very very finger friendly.
if your need is stability over leading edge, i would go with a 3.0 build. im using adyns cf03 vanilla 3.0 and i love it. their is a "sleep of death" bug though. but not all get it. its not the build, its the cf03 base from microsoft. we know this because even people with the omnia update and stock rom are getting it.
my 2 fav chefs are Adrynalyne and BlazingWolf. they work together on most things.
give BlazingWolfs new WM7 Blue a look at.
as soon as i get a new data cable (lost it drunk) i will flash over.

it seems that the "sleep" is hit or miss. even people that have gone to the offical update, the cf03 rom have that problem. even on the stock rom

sometimes it takes a sec and it wakes up. other times i just yank the batt cause the phone is froze. with these custom roms, the boot up time is seconds so it doesnt bother me that much.
dont get me wrong, it is annoying but not much we can do

flashed to BWWM7 Blue last night. It was cool but i just felt like there was alot of stuff there that i might never use so i ended up installing lioryte's base rom.
    AWESOME!

leaps and bounds better than the default OS

sorry for getting back to you so late, but i have been busy. as for the wm7 blue rom, i like it allot! it is one of the best roms i have flashed too.

very user friendly, the start menu, the close program "X" button are all on the bottom of the screen. i can go to different application with one hand.

what i don't like about it is it tends to hand up when i open the messaging folder. it has happened at least twice since i flashed.

Tried both bgill's latest ROMs yesterday. While I like 6.5 and all the features, it still felt like it takes too many clicks and touches to get where I need to.

This was my first experience with flashing, so I might need to get used to, but I feel like PointUI had more functionality. Their built-in apps seems more helpful, like weather for multiple cities. Stock tracking widget, task manager, Inbox with all emails on the home screen, etc. I think, I will find the most stable ROM and install PointUI on top of it.

I am pretty new to this whole 6.5 thing, but here my questions. Is it possible to set up Titanium weather to display more than 1 city? Is there a way to display your inbox on the home screen when you hit the email button? I hate that I have to hit something like Messaging, then scroll to the inbox, then select it and only then get to the messaging screen to get to my email.

Am I missing some kind of customization to the home screen?
