    I have a Mozart and while I am generally happy with it, the touch buttons at the bottom are really starting to give me the ... well - they annoy me.

    It is far too easy to accidentally touch them, which cancels the majority of tasks you are working on;
    Writing a text message and hitting any system button throws you out of your message and you have start again.
    Same when playing games, particularly when you need to press on or near the edge of the screen, you get thrown out of the game and I haven't found a game yet that compensates for the abrupt endings.

    Even just holding the phone, part of my hand seems to hit the search button - fat hand syndrome?

    Admittedly this could just be fat finger (hand) syndrome, but that is my experience so far - having physical buttons or a separation of some kind would prevent this from happening.

    Interesting. Not having that problem so far with my Mozart, but it's early days...

    I was initially having that same issue with my Focus, but after a while I got accustomed to the phone and it is happening less and less.
    I do agree that the buttons should have been physical ones.
