Good thing her name isn't Avon <G>

It is surprising how well the Saga does with pronounciation. Whatever phonetic rules it uses, it does a real fine job. The voice itself is like 1980's Star Trek (Auto destruct in 10...9...8...) I'd much rather have Lucy Pinder speaking the voices, but oh well....maybe the next model of the Saga <G>

I was at a training course a few months ago and one of the other people was into geocaching. I had never heard of it. She explained the whole concept to the group during lunch. It's nothing that appeals to me (I'd rather read a book <G>), but I was surprised at how prevalent it seems to be!

Does it just say the name or does it also say, "home" or "Mobile"

    It'll announce as:

"Incoming call from Charles Smith <on Mobile>"

<at work><at home> depending on what it matches in your contact list.

If it doesn't know, it'll announce as

    "Incoming call from 123-123-1234"

yea...its really cool. its not just the whole tracking a waypoint. that just gets you close! from there its a crazy hunt that sometimes results in needing to get clues from the hider. that and it just gets me and the kids out and about on hiking trails or places id never think about checking out! its more of an avenue to see the real world...one cache at a time!! haha...serious good stuff!

I forgot to add that it still won't access some sites I have to use. Like the SkyWard program that the public schools here run.

I have the LCARS computer voice from Star Trek. One says "Incomming sub-space message" then I get a text, one says "Transfer complete"

I searched all over this forum. I know I am new but cut me some slack please. Can you point me to the app that allows it to do that?

It's remarkably pre-installed. I think you just hit the green button. Complicated, I know, but you'll get used to it.
