Weird Problem. Please help

I have a Verizon Moto Q9c and an XP laptop. I have been trying all sorts of hack to get the GPS to work.

Somehow, in the process of installing one of the registry tools for the phone, I have screwed up the registry of my XP PC. The PC still works, but in some cases, it seems to think the PC is running Windows Mobile.

Very strange. When I go to hotmail or this forum site, for example, the PC's IE loads the Mobile version of the site.

Any ideas?
