Not to clutter thread but would "bitpim" work?
I haven't tried it on the Q to know if it's supported but if she could get in there and delete something?

Can anyone help me please. I want to get into my phone. All my numbers and again important information is on the phone and I do NOT want to lose any of it.

I would help you hands down, right after I kick the shit out of your boyfriend for being such tadpole, but the problem is that I need physical access to the phone, plug it into a VM and rip the password out of the memory and then reboot and punch it in.

Not something that can be done remotely. Either tell him to grow a pair and become a man and act like one or take it to the store and have them reset the memory for you, they have the tool as well, although they will usually give you some song and dance to get out of it.

Just don't tell them an immature mistake of nature changed your code, tell them a kid did it playing around and now can't remember what it was. Sorry, wish I could help more. Just out of personal curiosity, how old is this pube?

Well the old saying goes, if you have to ask then you don't have it. VM stands for Virtual Machine, it is used as a memory sandbox to simulate and make the machine think its talking to itself and when you enter any code, it will have to check it against something which is available in memory only and we capture that and the next time put that and viola its unlocked. Its a good fashion hack but that is not something anyone with a keyboard, mouse and a monitor can do. Hence why rarely done, by the few and in very extreme situations that are worth the time and effort.

How do you think keygens are created? or registration hacks or even xp activation?

Sorry, I didn't mean to go over the top but it bothers me that a grown man can act like such a childish moron. I'm a soldier, no nonsense kinda person.
