Trouble Re-creating Account on PC Monitor

    Trouble Re-creating Account on PC Monitor

    I have two PC's set-up with PC Monitor for two Q phones. Recently I had problems with four phones not syncing with Wireless Sync. In trying to get them working again, I removed the accounts off of the PC Monitor and then tried to re-create them. The PC Monitor will not allow the re-created account to sync therefore it never gets created and my Q phone does not sync.

    I have deleted the account folder in the Client Folder and all references in the Registry. I have also removed the devices in the Verizon web site. Now when I try to re-create the account - the Registry gets populate, the Client Folder gets created, and the devices get populated too. The account creation errors out.

    I need to get these accounts back.

    Any help would be appreciated. I have worked with Verizon Tech Support with no resolution. They are forwarding it to the vendor, who ever that is.
