i just hit the 'g' and a # comes out perhaps you need to hit 'alt' 'g'...maybe that will work or you have change your DTMF settings start--settings--phone settings--dtmf
oops... ...talk about embarrassed... The red markings are so hard to see in certain conditions, I never saw the "*" and "#" symbols there. I guess I expected them to be near the "0" as usual. Thanks for the info.
FYI, I don't think you have to hit the Fn key first. I think the phone is automatically in function mode when on a phone call. Pressing it again might enter a letter.
haha ok so you got it working? your right you shouldnt have to but sometimes if its not working the correct way it doesnt hurt to try
