Does anyone know how to truly stop playing music? Instead of just pausing the track and then clicking the Windows button.

I find that when I pause the music and back out to the home page, anytime I hit the volume button, the play/previous/forward buttons will appear on the screen. It's not a big bother, but just wanted to know if there's a way to totally kill the Zune app instead of just pausing it.

    Thanks.

There really isn't a way to stop any app that runs in the background like maps and emails. They are all pretty much "paused" when not in use.

I've stumbled upon an easier method..
When you have a samsung: open up 'Now'.
The music stops and when pressing the volume key, you'll notice there's no music to start :)
