sprint on some bull!

    well it's not that i want out of my Q but the device has givin me issues and from what i was told by the assistant managers at two service centers its a problematic device so if i had not been switched out four palm centros then givin the Q my temper would not be so bad but this makes the third Q I have been givin and this one was refurbished and it already had wm6.1 on it so cutomer service is trying to get the service center to give me the ace. to be continued.........................

    need an upgrade? no problemo

    thank you guys for being with sprint.

    sprint doesnt want you to have a busted phone that you hate.

    at my office i am eligible to get you an upgrade on a phone even if you are a little shy of your 2 year upgrade eligibility. this is a $150 credit toward a new phone.

    i am also able to issue a more credits to perhaps get you a phone a little cheaper

    Don't bust his balls just yet... Sprint offered me same deal he quotes ($150 off even though I'm not eligible for discounts) on a new 800w so I tried one (I'm a business customer). I'm back to the Q9c, though ;)

    look i dont know who these fake wanna be sprint employees are but antonios number is some bull and sprint is not always a fair company either way i'll either get a different device or rock on with what i got it aint chess its checkers if i choose to pay the 250 thats on me and sprint stores are different sometimes you can get lucky and get the right rep to give you what you want or unlucky and get a person thats not so nice

    we do this regularly at my office, to either help maximize the customer experience with sprint or to help promote a new product. these discounts are not used loosely, however, i noticed that the general consensus of this forum is that sprint doesnt help its customers, so, i was just going to lend a hand.
    its always good to know someone in a position to help.

    If you really want to help us... how can i get a new phone, i've had this one for around 60 days. I do have my eye on the instinct. i dont want to pay anything, i just want to switch my Q9c for a new one.

    well i contacted motorola cause today i took my device in so sprint told me they cant fix it when i click to send a text message on demand pops up when i click call history stock quotes pop up lol and motorola basically told me they cant help so any way im gonna get a new phone some how dont want the instinct cause of my occupation and the ace does not have built in gps

    lol. sprint just isn't going to give you a new phone, especially when you had that one for 60 days.
