    Seven beta program (email push)

Anyone use this? I have tried it out and so far so good for email push. Very difficult finding any program for Lotus Notes without getting IT involved.

So you got this all set up on Lotus Notes without involving your IT department? Do you know if it works with iNotes - a newer version of Lotus Notes?? That would be sweeeeet if it worked!!

    Works Okay

Using the desktop client, it seemed to work pretty good with Lotus Notes. Calendar synced up, Contacts synced up, and email worked, even beat the notes client in some instances. Only problem, needs to have a PC or server that's on all the time to work. Won't work for me, as I use a laptop that I take with me.

Doh!! Makes sense, as it is a desktop client utility.

    It works

<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ececec">Thanks for the info, It took me about 10 minutes to setup and it works like a charm. EVERYTHING sync'ed up no problems, easy setup. I even get mail on the Q before it hits my desktop. All Lotus Action email (appointment/replies) work just as if I was in Lotus notes itself. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ececec">Only question I have is, is it possible to have multiple appointments to show up on your homescreen instead of one?</FONT></P>

So I have been using seven for about a week and it ran perfectly. I even get html mail out of it. Then last week, seven ran an automatic update. After the update, my mail no longer displays html. Anyone else having this problem?

does anyone know exactly how this software works? do you need to send/receive like you do with outlook on the Q? I want a program that automatically forwards it from Yahoo! to my Q "real time". Any help would be appreciated.

Just try it out. It rocks. Its pretty much real time. As for my last post, it was a minor glitch and they fixed it in two days.

It doesn't use SMS in any way, does it? I don't have unlimited text at the moment...
