Welcome to eWM!
Hello everybody, my name is Silviu. I am here to here know more about Windows Phone 7 and all the updates for this platform. I am a developer for Windows Phone.
Great to have you hear! Welcome to eWM!
I'm Ed and after 2 years in the Android camp, I'm using WP7 on a 1-cent HTC Titan. My older Moto Q9h used Windows Mobile, which was really OK with my. I just get the hots for a new toy phone every 2 years. The wife has an iPhone (a lot of women around here seem to have them) and I didn't want one of those and the new Windows Phone OS with the tiles looked good.
I am extremely pleased with my Titan-great screen, easy to use. I also haven't found an ap that wasn't available.
As you might infer from my avatar, RC airplanes is my long time hobby. Been flying powered models since 1950!
Welcome to eWM! Great to have you here if you need any help or tips feel free to ask and share with us.
I'm back also from a short journey to the darkest of dark sides. Verizon, as we all know, doesn't have but one WP phone. It has a 3.7" screen that is too small for most of what I use a phone for. So I went back to my X and then the Bionic then back to the X and now back to the Trophy. Oh, between the X and the Trophy, I got one of the Galaxy Tab 7" units and now use it for the bulk of my emails; etc. I now use the Trophy for fun and phone calls; reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly glad to be back to WP7.
Welcome to eWM!!
I have to say that this is a nice forum. I am here to learn if anybody can teach.
I just know english, don't know too many about softwares and writing programes.
Phone: AT&T samsung focus, hacked.
From: Shenzhen, China.
Hoep you guys enjoy everyday.
Glad to have you here at eWM!
Hey, you're pretty much in the same situation I am! Picked up the Titan for one cent (at&t store matched the online deal) . I was considering the iPhone, but I was really impressed with WP7 on my dad's Samsung focus but preferred the screen size and 2.2 aperture camera on the titan over the expandable memory and AMOLED on the focus. I'm entirely convinced I made the right choice, and WP7 is simply incredible. Robust, yet minimalistic. Efficient, yet powerful. And on the Titan's screen, its just a beautiful experience all around.
I have been a long time user of PDAs which have since developed into mobiles phone.
My obsession started with Apple Newton Classic! Once these newtons were discontinued I went to windows CE, HP Jornada. The dark old days.
I have a mozart with WM7 love the phone but I miss the ability you customise and personalise the settings.
Why cant I creat seperate folders or albums directly on the phone?
I have tried doing this on Zune but some synch while others don't.
A basic flaw to WM7 OS.
Anyway, I hope going on this forum will help some of my questions.
