    Rogers Q9h GPS activated

Before I post how I got it working, I'd like to thank everyone who helped me out.

So after 2 weeks of fighting with my phone to get the gps working. i figured it out.

Install Total Commander Ce (Rapid Share)
go to \\\registry\HKLM\System\CurrentControlSettings\GPSIntermediateDriver\Drivers\Control Panel Configured Device\

    EDIT
    CommPort
    Delete (none) leave the :
    Insert com3

    to look like com3:

    exit, restart phone

))) [x] ))) = GPS Locating (does not mean NOGPS)
    ))) [v] ))) = Active (v = Checkmark)

    works with google maps.

It looks like it matches the Q9e on Motorola's site.

    I do have a Q9h Rogers, been a year.
I never had GPS issues, so I never had to do and edit.
