Hi there, I am looking at giving my HTC hd7 to my son who is a bit young for unrestricted internet browsing. I want to be able to load some programs onto there for him that require internet access, but have no internet browsing.

I used to have a q9m which got me onto this forum and then a omnia. Now the hd7. So I remember fondly some of the old apps that let you hack the registry.

I never did much on the hd7 (too bad, but nows the time) but is there anything out there like that now that will let me say delete the internet explorer registry key (or at least modify it) but the apps would still function. And most importantly still be able to access from the windows phone website so I can still add apps.

So long story short, I just want to be able to turn off the browser but keep everything else as it should.
