Potential Q owner needs advice!!

    I don't believe that I implied any such thing, but maybe others inferred it.

    They did. See the Documents To Go page. It says:

    I don't know whether the Q 9m (or any other Q) ships with the latest version, though.

    Also, Office Mobile 6.1 should be out soon, which also allows editing Word and Excel 2007 files (and I assume viewing PowerPoint 2007 files).

    All good points. Now if only they'd come out with a Q that has that HVGA touch screen. I find the ppc touch screens to be silly needing that plastic stick or a sharpened finger nail. Even my oven has a glass touch screen that works by touch.

    Acutally, I think those screens are what prompted the smartphone's development.

    Yes, having played with the Palm back at the III, and an old Phillips that was running something like CE v.2.0, the Q's QWERTY keypad is a refreshing improvement!
