PocketWeather from SBSH
Finally official
Looks fabulous!! Is that a "paying" upgrade or free to previous customers?
Uhm. Upgrade? It's the first PocketWeather for SP release. You can't upgrade an app that hasn't been out before I think :tounge:
PS: The Facade update which includes the PocketWeather integration is free for previous users though.
D'OH!!! <smacks self on head> Okay, you know which app I was thinking of... sorry!!!
Good deal. Now, if I can get Birdsoft's Contacting worked into a Facade screen with Eko's pretty background, I'll be in good shape.
Anyhoo--great work Prosper--as always!!
I'd use the Facade Launcher for the contact thing.
Check out Contact Homescreen Maker for building a contact list on your homescreen using Facade. Quite a sweet solution. And you can host it in a Facade tab.
Uhm. Did I miss something? Didn't release anything...
I'm too inept for that.
yeah, but without you, I'd never know about the cool new Facade releases or PocketWeather AND i've enjoyed a home screen or two (or twelve) of yours' too!!
haha alright, I see
so the secret is out :} well it sure looks sweet... too bad i don't use weather apps..
Well after one day of my trial period I ordered it, I love how it integrates in the home screen without using additional real estate.
Shows me everything I need to know, perfect.
so far i really like it. My only peeve now is getting the homescreen icons bigger so i can actually see what the forcast is.
I think you can change them in the settings (small medium and large).
I have seen a couple of different places but it doesnt seem to to do anything.
Ive changed to medium in the icons options in the console and the other setting you are talking about in options i tried that too...
if someone spell it out that would be great.
I don't think you can change the icon size for the icons on the homescreen.
awww oh well thanks prosper. Good idea for an update. Not everyones eye sight is 20/20 maybe it has to do with the homescreen i use too.
Is the PocketWeather free?
the trial is free for 12 days...i havent tried any other weather programs but i likein this one....i am considering purchasing
Booooo! I want it for free!
Guess I'll buy it; it's a lot better than FizzWeather...
must say it looks sweet... thinking about re-simplifying my Pure Black, this might add just the space i am wanting to free up. (message counters.. since i see if i have any messages and whatnot in the icon-bar)
(Prosper get me in the beta team and i'll use/promote it)
(I'll ask Amit when there's a new beta coming)
Just thought I should share the fact that you get a 50% discount if you've purchased ANY other weather application before purchasing PW.
That means: ~ 6.50$ for PW
