for that you need a dedicated "Notes" app. I use Smartphone Notes, but you may also consider PhatNotes. I believe MS OneNote also syncs.

    you are correct
there arent any (as far as i can remember) PIM apps that include syncing notes

    i prefer smartphonenotes
  3. I didn't even demo smartphonenotes for five minutes before I decided to buy it.

I've found AgendaOne to be very buggy. It locked my Q9c on Windows 6 and I could scroll through lists on AgendaOne with the Windows 6.1 upgrade.

ExtremeAgenda required me to open the program instead of it integrating itself, which I found to be a pain.

Oxios ToDo List is good, but only handles task lists.

    I'm looking at Agendus now

Check out PocketInformant. Also, SBSH is updating Papyrus. It should be available via public beta within a week and it is very well done.

    regarding extreme agenda...
did you go in to the options and make sure they were set as default rather than having to open the app

been using it for months and its fully integrated

I may have not. I might see if I can get another trial.

Agenda One seemed to be really slow on my Q. I'm wondering if there is an issue with my phone given how much people seem to like some of these programs.

There shouldn't be because I don't have much installed in the way of third party apps other than Google maps and what got installed with Windows Mobile 6.1.

Well I tried Smartphone notes - like it fine on the Q , but unfortunately even if you password protect a note on the Q , it is NOT encrypted on the PC ActiveSync backup. I don't like that.

Also Smartphone notes requires a pswd be entered for EVERY protected note - which is a pain to me.

I really want more of a vault - where one password opens up all the protected documents. Anyone know which product does that? TIA
  12. look at ewallet....its mostly for passwords but I think can be used for notes, etc. It will sync with its own desktop component, but not outlook.

Thanks Tony - actually that's what I want - something stand alone from Outlook.

Do you know if there is a way to port my Outlook notes (which originally came from my palm) into ewallet?

Yes but unfortunately there is no PC component for it at present.

    From their website:
    "Future
A desktop version, linking, and the ability to create your own templates are some of the many things planned for eXtreme Wallet."
