Phone Reset>? Hey everyone i got a quick and hopefully simple question. Last night my phone died and when i turned it back on it lost everything on my phone, all my contacts and downloads. Is this always gonna happen when i turn my phone off?
no not if you turn it off...i have turned mine off plenty of times did your battery completely die? even still i dont think it should have wiped everything clean (atleast i dont think)
yeah my battery died, but i just turned my phone off and on to check to see if it would reset the phone again and it did. i dont know why this is happing
if you turn off the phone you should not loose your info i would contact your provider and get a replacement
