If you recieved the password, that is just for future use(in case your Q hard resets or is replaced or something), you were eligible so it automatically registered the new version for you. Thanks

After trying Papyrus, Agenda One and Extreme Agenda I decided on Extreme Agenda for a few reasons.

    1. Seemed faster.
    2. I like the layout.
    3. I could select any note program I want in the spinner (I just bought Smartphone notes).

    Great work!

    UPDATE:

Last night I was messing around with the settings and an idea for
improvement hit me like a brick that you may like (or hate). Since
this is called 'Extreme Agenda', why not include vehicle maintenance
    records?

Some key features I thought it should have:

Log fuel economy (something to do while filling up)
    - Input your mileage and total gallons pumped and cost per gallon
    - Automatic running calculation of fuel economy (MPG)

    Maintenance logs
    - Oil changes, tire rotations, alignment, etc... all with reminder
capability (based on mileage input from fuel fills).
    - Service records, log your tune ups and repairs and keep track of who
did the work and when, also how much you've spent.
    - Allow for the ability to input any warranty work done or recalls on
    the vehicle.

Ability to export data to 'Notes' for the benefit of printing from
your home/work PC. Also, regarding 'Notes', it would be excellent if
they would sync with Outlook notes.

I would even be willing to pay extra to have this as an add-on
module... this would be almost everything I need my Motorola Q for in
    one application.

Thank you for such a wonderful product and the opportunity to express
my ideas... Judging from the forums (EverythingQ in particular) your
company is extremely helpful and responsive.

    Vehicle Manager

If you're willing to pay extra, why not check out iambic Vehicle Manager?

While getting more and more function is one program seems like a good idea, it can also end up being bloatware.

I've tried that, but figured what better place than where I'm used to entering my items.

Like I said, everything in one app :)

I installed a trial version of Extreme Agenda a few days ago. I went ahead and bought it last night. I'm impressed with the constant improvements and Birdsoft's presence here.

    Thanks,

    Buddy

yea, i think that shows that the guy (Brian) genuinely cares + by coming here he knows the wishes and wants which i'm sure helps him in development.

    and for the record since i also used theirs (Papyrus), the guys at SBSH are also good when it comes to support, mainly on their forum but still... + hey, who does not dig the guys that made Facade :}

The SBSH guys are great too! I've spent money with them for my PDA in the past. Birdsoft reminds me of them in the willingness to change.

Now THAT would be cool!:laugh2: Smartoolkit does half the job with the deskbar, but it goes back to the WM5 look when you open an app.:frown:

Why didn't anyone ever think of doing an app that would change that?? I know it would pacify the WM6 lovers.:tounge:

    Extreme Agenda 3.1 Released.

We have released version 3.11 of Extreme Agenda. Its main claim to fame is it is the first WM Pro TouchScreen Version, but we also added a bunch of stuff for Standard Devices. Task Alpha Sorting, [Contact] Text Links, and LIST BASED EDITING, along with a number of graphical updates...

Free Update for Current Users, use OTA update or download the newest version.
