I would love to be cynical like that.. But I have no doubt that this phone will start acting up within the first few days on it's own anyways. They all do. Then I usually just deal with it for a few more months untill they completley stop working.

The problem is, that I AM! I love it when it works! I've looked at a ton of other phones thinking I'd switch but the Q just fits me best.

I use a Seidio 3200 battery so the thinness is kinda outta the window for me.

Just now tried my Seidio battery for the first time in my newest Q and it won't boot up past the yellow Sprint screen. Argh.

Could it be the battery is bad?

I suppose thats possible, but my other phone didn't worth with 2 OEM batteries either...

Thats nothing, my brother has gone through 13 of them. Verizon finally gave him a Q9c. Like you said the Q is an awesome phone......When it's working.

Wow, I forgot how bad the stock batteries are on these things. I went from a full charge to 1 bar in about an hour. That was 1 30 second phone call and moderate internet usage. Hopefully Seidio gets back to me ASAP.

Great... Seidio just got back to me and said because the battery is more than 180 days old I'm basically outta luck.

Well, #9 is already messing up on me. I'll be making the call to Sprint tommorow. Hopefully I can get a 9C. I just looked on the website and nothing else interests me.
