    Napoleon rolling straight to voicemail

Help! I'm on the road and my Nap is rolling straight to voicemail for incoming calls. I can call out and receive texts. I've tried *228 1&2 to no avail. I think I must have changed a setting somewhere, but I can't find it. Please advise if you can. Btw, I only have my Nap so searching is rather difficult.

have you tried the old reboot?
usually clears any kind of call issues like that for me

I did the reboot etc. Finally called CS and spent 30 minutes on with them going through many different reset techniques. None worked. Got kicked upstairs to another level of support and he immediately found a switch on the Verizon side which said "No call forwarding". This apparently meant that the calls would not forward out of my zone and since I was roaming I wasn't getting the calls.

So it was nothing I did - or could do, but CS did solve the problem.

They did not. Since I was on the road and wasn't able to back everything up I was really hesitant to do a complete reset. I don't know if I would have done it or not if that was the solution.

And just to be clear, this was not a problem with the Napoleon. It was a problem in Verizon's system that could have happened to any phone.
