Motorola Q and car bluetooth

    Motorola Q and car bluetooth

    I have my Motorola Q paired to my car and it works well most of the time. When I enter the car, it pairs automatically and when I leave the car if I am on a call, it transitions to my phone seamlessly.

    However the issue that I have is when I re-enter the car later in the day my Q randomly shuts off after it pairs with my car's Bluetooth. This gets quite annoying, especially if I do not notice it and miss a call as a result!

    Has anyone else here experienced this? I have this paired to a 2003 BMW 540i by the way.

    Sorry... I don't follow.

    Do you mean the BMW dealership? If so, that might not really get me anywhere since other phones do not do that with my car... just my Q.
