    Moto Q problem....weird

    Hi folks,

first I'm glad to join this wonderful family in there...:2cool:

I have an issue with my Q phone...the problem is:

Whenever I connect to my e-mail account and log off of it, it's like if the phone stays connected on the internet....I mean in the main screen, at the upper right corner, the arrows when you're connected on the net (transfers arrows instead of the "tower" for signal) stays displayed, even if I kill all the applications via the task manager.:embarassed:

Needless to say that I fear to see my next cell phone invoice...

If anyone knows how to kill that, let me know..

    Greetings and thanks,

    Marksman

Push and hold home button, this brings up the quick list>go to B. wireless manager>scroll to phone enter (this shuts phone off)>enter again to turn phone back on. This will return phone to normal state. Hope this helps, BOO

If you have MOL2 or lower, Mortscript has a "Disconnect" function which works great. You just put the word Disconnect in a text file and save it as whatever.mscr . You can then run it by clicking it in the file manager or by linking it to the start menu.

My understanding was as long as you don't see the PDA icon in conjunction with the arrows, you are not transferring data.
