    Moto Q peculiar problem

I have a Moto Q which I am very thrilled with. My problem started just yesterday and I do not know how it started, but when I try to change my sound settings from Start ---> Settings ---> Sounds the Moto Q just hangs on the Sounds; it does not display the sound settings and does not even scroll up or down again. It can only respond to the red button to take me back to the home screen and after this everything on the phone becomes creep-crawly; slow response to buttons. I always have to remove the battery for it to restart for the phone to become normal again. I have tried to hard reset by doing a master reset the normal way, and also by holding down the middle chrome button and the red power button. None of them fixed the problem.

Please what can I do to revert everything back to normal so the sound settings does not hang the Q again? Thank you.

if it still does this after a master reset it might be the storage card. Try removing it and reboot and see if it continues.

Really don't know, but the card is still working. However, my problem was solved when I removed the card and rebooted my phone without it. Though I later formatted the ccard and all is well now.

lol ... sorry didn't mean to imply that.
was simply wondering if infact the card went bad or was corrupted in some way.
