unhide your system files and folders
its under options in the file manager
I did that, and when I hook it up to my computer, it doesn't come up still.
did ya try the same unhide system files on your pc as well?
Got it working, AWESOME ! ! ! ! ! ! worked the first time I tried also.
hello. working for angry, super-texting girlfriend, i NEED to get the picture texting working. got phones off of ebay, love them! NEED HELP!!! I have Windows Vista Home Premium and it uses the Mobile Device Center instead of Active Sync. I uses the regular Windows Explorer to access the filesystem of the phone. I have flashed to Alltel Monster, activated, flashed to Verizon 6.1 upgrade file, and activated, and i have run the Microsoft security remover. I can pull up the \windows folder on my computer, but everytime i try to copy the 10 files in, it says i do not have permissions to write to that folder. How can I change this? I can move them to \windows on the device from My Documents on the device, but to no avail! Please help ASAP!!! I'd like to have kids eventually! LOL :tounge: Thanks.
use a registry editor on the phone
try total commander
copy the files to the phone (where it lets you) then use the editors file manager to move them to there final location
Unable to fix MMS
HI. I have a Alltel Moto Q9c, I flashed with Alltel Monster file and dialed *228, then I upgraded with Verizon Upgrade and did all of the other stuff. Now my problem is I can't get MMS to work. Can someone pls help me with this.
Thanks to all for your contributions.
Got everything working yesterday, thanks!
At first I only imported the file into my registry and I could receive MMS but not send. It would get to 70% or 90% then error out while sending. Realized I needed to copy the other files into \Windows, now everything works great.
I have no hacks or alterations to my Q9C from Alltel now on Verizon. I can send/recieve pic/video messages.
I click the mail soft button next to the space bar and select pics/video and start a new message. My pic/video has to be under 950kb.
