MiniSD wifi card for windows mobile 5

    MiniSD wifi card for windows mobile 5

    I know everyone knows about this...but there has to be away to hack the Q to recognize the mini sd card...let's get a solution going.

    That is very cool.. I'm not sure that I would need that though. I think Verizons EVDO system is fast enough for my device. I don't stream video though. This would create more of a battery drain though. A lot of negatives here.

    I don't believe it's possible. The Q's miniSD slot doesn't provide enuf power to run the card. Unless you wanna hook your Q upto a generator or car battery.

    So that's impossible for "Motorola Q" using "Mini SD Wi Fi Card" (Mini SD WLAN / SDIO) for connect to internet? In my country doesn't has "Verizon" or doesn't has other operator who's has EVDO. :(

    Hi all,
    I am a bit confused over all of this....I am new to the Q and when i got it from Alltel they said it had Wifi....guess what?
    Well, is there a way to add Wifi to my 5.0 Q??

    only the new Q9 can add wifi to it
