I threw caution to the wind and decided to give my 32GB SanDisk card again after days of having no issues (outside of one reboot). I pulled the battery, inserted the card and did the three finger format. It put me into download mode, whatever that is.

I ended up pulling the battery, removing the card, formatting and then reseating the card.

    We'll see if that works.

I had the same problem. Had to pull battery. I got it running though, works great so far.

I had the same problem. I re-seated the microSD several times and finally got it to work.

No, Seriously. Bout to run out of my 30 days on this card I have now. Still working just fine with the new card? Filled past the 8 gigs? Eagerly awaiting response. :)

I ultimately returned the card after several times where it would lose data, lose my accounts. It seemed to happen when the battery would go low. I decided that I'd stick with my ZuneHD as my media player and use the 8GB for apps, small selection of music.

I'm going to try the sandisk 32 gb microsd, hopefully it'll work well since sandisk said themselves it's compatible with wp7.

I had bad luck with my 32GB microSD. Make sure you find a retailer with a good return policy.

It's 15 days to return, should be enough time for me to try it out :)
