    First of all, Great site!
    1. What do you love most about your Q? Formfactor.
    2. Why did you choose the Q over other smartphones? Price and Size.
    3. If you could change one thing about your Q, what would be? Function keys are noisy. (snappy)
    4. If you didn't own a Q, which smartphone would you purchase? vx6700
    5. Complete this statement, "My Q would be great if...." it had WIFI!
I was a PDA user that wanted to incorporate a phone. This "phone" is better than the PDA I was using. (Dell X5) For me anyway convergence is here. Yes, there are times I want to throw this thing but then it can do some absolutely amazing things for it's size!

    OK...whatever.

WiFi would be the #1 thing I think would have put the Q over the top. Palm does not have it...it would have made the Q a Dominator. But their greed got in the way...those 7 Deadly Sins will sneak in and get you every time!

    1. What do you love most about your Q? Size
    2. Why did you choose the Q over other smartphones? Size and keyboard
    3. If you could change one thing about your Q, what would be? Make it like 2mm thinner
    4. If you didn't own a Q, which smartphone would you purchase? I would go back to a PPC Phone
    5. Complete this statement, "My Q would be great if...." The home key and back button were placed differently.
I owned an XV6700 and loved it, but the size of the Q with it's keyboard makes it the big winner!

    Motorola Q

    1. I liked it's looks and features
    2. It needs a faster prossesor
    3. It needs to be able to view and edit office docs
    4. I was looking at the treo before I bought this.
5 The thing I like most about my Q, is that it is truly useful I use most of it's features daily.
6 if I could change one thing about the Q it would be to have a better sunlight display, the one annoyance I have found is tring to see the screen outdoors.

What I Love most about my Motorola Q...

    1) Love Verizon (have 4(because of kids)we love reception.
    2) Love the screen size! Love the size of phone! Screen clarity...excellent.
    3) If I didn't own a Q, I'd probably have a Treo
    4) My Q would be great if...it had a faster processor, definitlely. If possible-
    some kind of upgrade?
Thanks for attending the meeting on our behalf! I wish you success!
    Regards,
    abb:wink:

So what did Moto offer as feedback on your meeting. When do we get the Q successor for CDMA and WM6?

    1. Thin form factor. Qwerty.
    2. Previous satisfaction with Motorola Phones on Sprint & Nextel (pre-Sprint) carriers. Blackberry data plan too expensive. More functionality than I need/want. I like the ability to get full web pages on a mobile device. Finally, the $99 price point at the time of purchase.
    3. The battery life.
    4. Another phone on the Windows Mobile platform.
    5. "...if the battery life was not an issue. Perhaps it is appropriate because the Q can be used like a laptop, but battery management is a hassle."

Thanks for taking the time to ask for input, btw.

My Q would be great if the picture on incoming calls wasnt so miniscule, it is totally useless. So an option or default setting where the pic could be made full sized would be totally awesome.

    1. All-in-one unit with slim form factor
    2. Treo too big, Blackberry too expensive data plan
    3. Battery, but it's not as big a problem for me as others on this thread. I carry a spare battery on transatlantic flights but have yet to use it.
    4. A Blackberry + an iPod (my Q does everything those do!)
    5. ... it ran on a rock-solid operating system.
