   I'm using PhoneAlarm, and when i changind
   HCU\Control Panel\SoundCategories\InCall
   from InitVol - 5 to 9, and makes reboot, my phone changes 9 to default 5, when i choose "Silent" profile, and just press F5 (refresh) and i see 5 changes to 2.
   How to fix PhoneAlarm volume to max sound is 9, but not 5!
