Let me get some technical support...

    OK folks...heres the deal...

    Bought a USCC Q9c.

I want to get service with USCC, but without the data plan.(I will use the wifi capabilities for my internet needs)

I call USCC (888-944-9400) to try and get them to switch my phones over to my Q9c. What I did is I gave the lady the ESN (DEC) off of my Q9c, but told her it was a Moto Razr V3.

She tells me to type some shit in and hit clear twice (it was like 7463# Clear Clear)

Obviously, this doesn't work on my Q9c, so I hang up.

How can I get this thing to work on USCC without a data plan?

Let me go play some bubble breaker while y'all figure this out...kthnxbie

cant you just call them and ask them to put a data block on the phone? if not there is a hack to not allow data in the hack forum

also the Q9c does NOT have wifi you would need a wifi card in order to achieve this

Ive got the wifi card deal under total control...

Can I do like a pay-as-you-go data plan with USCC, and then just never use it? They like to make a huge deal out of paying the 25 bucks a month. screw that.

Even if i use the hack that would block the data, I would still be paying the 25 bucks.

    I can haz helpz pleese?
