LED to right of earpiece?

    LED to right of earpiece?

    What is the LED to the right f the earpiece? I have never seen it flash even with WIFI or Bluetooth.

    Odds are it's not an LED, it's probably a light sensor which controls the "smart backlight". It will adjust the brightness of the backlight based on the surrounding light. on the touch pro, this sensor is in the earpiece housing as well

    Yea it's not an LED. Light sensor.

    wish it would control the screen backlight on the ozone. all i can find is that you can have it control the keyboard backlight.

    [edit] btw, it does a poor job at it. i was just sitting at home, dim lighting, and had a hard time seeing the keyboard, but apparently the phone thought it was bright enough......poor engineering.
