it sends you an email confirming you made the reminder then you get one when you told it to send one...

i think you can turn the confirmation off

i managed to get the calendar thing working...not sure if i like it..its basically an overlay for my real calendar..you can edit or delete anything in it..only things from jott to sandy get on to the calendar or from sandy no the web/email

yea i think they will both send you the reminder
you dont have to have the calendar thing...unless you want to see it there or on the Q as you go

i think Frandy also allows tags in lists so you can 'Lookup' things by tag. also something about email delivery.

i didn't know you could have Jott remind you of something @, say, 3:00 next Wednesday.

Thanx for suggesting more stuff I am interested in playing with.
It will be intereting to see how this plays out for me.

I like the fact that Sandy say Guten Morgen to me LOL how does Sandy know I would know that in German though...kind of creepy (sandy is in my head already haha joking)

would be intereting to swap back an forth between Sandy and Frandy. Variety is always nice.

    OUtlook!

Okay, I figured out how to get Frandy's appointments onto my Outlook Exchange calendar and (therefore) onto my Q.

Rather than subscribe to the Internet feed, you can download individual appointments (or the whole thing) and when you open them, they go into the Outlook calendar. Otherwise, I am having to select to view the "Sandy" calendar and looking at an overlay.

thats what i have been doing
    (the overlay)
which doesnt go to the Q as you know

so you have to download the file each time you make a new appt?

I am not sure. I don't really want EVERY Sandy appointment in my "real" calendar necessarily, so I've been doing overlay with individual downloads...

but I would suspect you are right.

Cuz I Jott to Sandy and Sandy puts things on my calendar that I can see in Outlook...

Can I Jott myself to Outlook? (Plus, I feel silly talking to myself.)

I want to jott but I am having issues making time for stuff like that right now. Who would a thought not working at the moment I would be so busy! But my son's behaviorist is using jott lol. he didnt get into sandy though (that sounds so wrong)

rb its ok to talk to yourself as long as you arent answering your own questions (out loud)

Cheri, once you get Jott set up, it's really quite simple--getting it set up isn't difficult either. give it a whirl! :)
